Is this a Job as 2 people who was given the Job left soon as the Could.

MM left soon as he finished Coaching and Balme left soon as he could.

Is this Position a Joke?

Pretty clear the role meant nothing with Gubby Allan in his new role.

Not surprising that Balme left accordingly. Essentially we overlooked Balme and let him keep a place at the Club until he could find a new role.

It's a bullshit position. The club overseas the coaching and that is why MM and Balme have turned it down. Eade however loved the $$ on offer and in the end his ego got the better of him.

I am available to be director of coaching and I will do it for half of what Balme was offered. Very Happy

You have a Director of coaching simply as a cover for the coach. Let's look at the best team in the past few years in Hawthorn and do they have a director of coaching? No. That tells me that they have faith in their Coach.

Just wondering if the Pies may offer the Director of Coaching job to Brenton Sanderson ? Would mean that his tenure would not be tied in any way to Bucks situation post 2017?

I'll do it for the same salary as balme was offered, but I'll save the club a lot of money in the bread roll budget by not eating my weight in them every day.

My strengths and weaknesses are simple. My key strength is that I don't have any weaknesses, my perceived weakness in some eyes is not having any.
