With a forward line devoid of:
* Fasolo
* Moore
* Elliott
* out of form Cloke
* an in defence Howe & Reid
* Broomhead
* Swan
Our Monday forward line shall mirror the Port Game and we shall fail to kick 8 goals!!

I agree, can't see us kicking a winning score unless the midfield go ballistic and or Cox and White kick say 6 or 7 between them. Possible.

yep, another player that has gone backwards under Buckley. Nowadays, he'd struggle to kick 1 from the back pocket. |

I expect we will see Grundy and Witts up forward most of the day. Grundy is improving all the time in his overhead marking and he is a fairly good shot for goal. the plan seems to be to try and stretch the Melbourne backline for height. No idea if it'll work - Grundy hasn't done much in the past, up forward, but he is maturing all the time.
But on exposed form I'd back Grundy to kick more than Cloke over four quarters.
