is Jez07 around the place, or does he only pop his negative head up after a loss. Maybe the sackers are having their AGM in a local telephone box, and hes busy. _________________ Poverty exists not because we cannot feed the poor, but because we cannot satisfy the rich.

HUH ?? WTF, the kid played his heart out, was terrific, made one mistake, big deal, but gave his all. Dunno what game you were at. |
I think he was watching the same one as me. See my previous post. |

^ He watched the same Maynard as i did, but he was at a different Blair. The little man was superb yestrday and a key cog in the win, right down to DeGoey's sealer. _________________ Two more flags before I die! |

He's tougher than a cats head, I thought he was alright. | ditto. And up against the massiv hulks the cats have, he did well. The dinky kicks can be fixed, he has a lot of guts.
And hey how about cox on the run, bouncing the ball? His comments were so funny, as was his reaction! _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |

I like Manyard. He made a couple of turnovers but he wasn't alone there, both sides were intercepting quick disposals.
What I like about him is he's not just willing to put his body in, he looks like he thrives on it, loves the physical contact and is built to cause damage. Yeah he has development ahead of him but man there's a lot to work with. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

It's Sunday morning, we beat the $£$%^%%$ scumbag sleazebag arrogant dirty ducking cats!
Enjoy it!
Take a good look at our future now.
DeGoey, Treloar, Faz, Mooore, (omg this kid is going to be epic) Cox, Smith, Crocker, Iceman, Adams , still to come back Elliot, Marley, Shaz, Grundy and still in their Prime, Sidey, , Pendles, Reid (make no mistake this man is the key, what or defence has been missing, he is just a superstar, typical back men never get the recognition they deserve), I'm excited, so excited, if the players keep up this effort, the sky is the limit.
The old timers still firing, even the maligned Toovey was ok yesterday, and I think my feelings on Blair are clear! Yep Bugger that Varcoe missed a couple but gee she's still fast, so important he's back. Seeing swan off crutches, hopefully yesterday gives him cause to make it back for a Swansong.
Buckley? Well I don't know what happened, but if he has given up the zoning, and he keeps me playing with that pressure, he might just be the messiah yet!

I like the way you write TP.
You have a particular style that is interesting.
Buckley got the message after the Blues game.
Change or disappear.
He hasn't just tweeked the plan.
He has bloody twerked it ! _________________ we don't eat our own at collingwood we just allow them to foul our nest. |

Howe and Reid down back with their intercept marking and kicking.
Pendles and the mids starting to hit top form.
The forward line looking like a pack of hungry wolves.
The last 2 weeks has been real exciting to watch, the sort of footy that could take us along way, not sure we can do it week in week out though, still a while to go but loving it. |
this is not new. we just haven't been able to execute it well. |
Do find it amusing that our performances over the last couple of weeks have been attributed to some miraculous change in the coaching and the game plan rather than just a more settled line up and a more cohesive application and delivery of what has always been. |
Wrong.
Look at the first quarter
Did we play on at all times ....Yes.
Did we do that a few weeks ago...No. _________________ we don't eat our own at collingwood we just allow them to foul our nest. |

No change in game plan, we just started winning the ball and playing with a bit more dare (confidence). Our strength is in the contest and when we don't do that well (most of R1-7) we look terrible.
Bring the effort, win the contest and we will do alright. The hard bit is doing it week in week out with a young list that has lost key experience through injury. _________________ All We Can Be |

Ok, don't let watching the games or listening to every coach/player interview sway you! Bucks must be a brilliant coach to have taught a new game plan in the space of a week. _________________ All We Can Be |

So the slow movement of the ball for the first 7 weeks was identical to the next 2 weeks.

Have a look at how we played in the NAB cup.
It's the same game plan, with a few tweaks on defensive structures, we're just executing it better.
Concerted effort makes a hell of a difference. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Ot to mention a relatively consistent line-up from week to week. _________________ Two more flags before I die! |
