Pendlebury and Treloar might have become the best Batman and Robin combo in the game in recent weeks.
Efficiency is everything in the modern game, and Pendlebury and Treloar are hurting their rivals, big time.
Pendlebury’s kick rating is +15.5 per cent, ranked No. 2, of all players who average more than 20 possessions a game.
Treloar? +16.3, ranked No.1.
Champion Data’s kick rating is the best measurement of a player’s effectiveness by foot, because it takes into account the pressure the player is under and the difficulty of what they’re trying to attempt.
The easy kicks don’t count for much. The tough ones, do.
And right, now these two have got Collingwood back in business. _________________ "Still waiting for your call Caroline ... not a quote in sight. Don't ever presume to speak on Collingwood's behalf," |

These are impressive numbers, though I'm not sure how far I trust this kicking rating, it has come up with some weird results before.
To add: Treloar is leading the Pies in all of disposals, tackles and clearances. Having an outstanding season. _________________ Well done boys! |

No matter what pick in the top 10 we end up giving away this year, it was never going to be used "live" by us anyway.
If you think other clubs were going to allow Brown and Daicos to come to us via FS without bidding, you must be high.
As it stands, we will now probably have to use the pick St Kilda gave us for Freeman to get Brown and for Daicos we will have to probably package up some picks for points - if I understand the bidding process correctly.
As for Treloar - a bird in hand... _________________ © The Dude ®

Seemed to receive a lot handballs for which he needed to jump into the air and get immediately tackled, with a resulting handball not to advantage yesterday. _________________ "Hey Ma get off the dang roof!" |

I have had some doubts about him for a while.
It is not about champion data it is about impact and at the moment he is not having that much impact.
Smashed in the midfield yesterday with treloar , pendles, sidey, greenwood, crisp and de goey.
Probably our so called best 6.
The guy is worth a first round pick but is he worth 2?
I watch Toby Green and Shiel from GWS and I think that he is not up to their standard.
The legitimate question here is did we pay overs for him. _________________ we don't eat our own at collingwood we just allow them to foul our nest. |

He's worth all that we've paid and more. Closest player we have to Pendles/Swan elite. Even a first round pick, whilst likely to become at least an B or A-grade player, you'd be lucky to hit the type of Pendles/Swan elite once in every 5 drafts. Would you give up 2 De Goeys (who I think will be a great player for us) for Treloar and a second round pick? I would.
Obviously would've been great if we won the flag this year and had to give up only pick 18. But personally I feel like we have enough first round talent on our list. What we need is for our young players like Moore, De Goey, Scharenberg, Ramsey, Broomhead, Maynard to get experience and start reaching the 50 games mark where they become consistent contributors. |

Treloar is suffering from a very weakened midfield at the moment.
Here we have one of the most explosive midfielders in the AFL and he is forced to win his own ball and feed out handballs to lesser players.
Treloar has been magnificent for us in the circumstances this season.
We play Levi at half forward, Adams off half back, Crisp on the wing, yet allow Pendles and Treloar, our Ferraris, our stars, to win all the hard ball.
That's wrong.
Pendles and Treloar should be on the end of a handball chain, not the beginning, they are out stars.
Once we get better (next year hopefully if things change off field) Treloar will show his true potential.
He has the potential to be a top 5 player in the AFL, I firmly believe that. |

Great Write Up.
Outside of Probably De Goey and Pendles. Treloar has Nothing Around Him.
Agree. Him winning his own Ball Takes away his Biggest Weapon which is his Speed in his Run and Carry Game. That is something the Team is Badly Lacking last 2 games. Run and Carry. Ball Movement been Slow and Stagnate.
Another Thing that show how Little Bucks knows and how he has no idea _________________ I am Da Man |
