They can have their two picks. This boy is an absolute gun and future collingwood captain. At times tonight in contested situations it was like Treloar and friends vs Brisbane : one of the best individual efforts i have seen from a Pies player for a long time. If he Had kicked straight for goal he'd have had 5 goals to go with his 35-odd possessions. I didn't realise he was that good.

Gee seeing him live for the first time was a revelation
I said in the other game thread lock him in for a Brownlow the kid is that special
2 x 1st rd picks was a gamble but hat I saw tonight was a young Dangerfield in full flight imposing himself on every contest |

Good to see a positive thread, he has always reminded me of Judd but is usually a better finisher. Unfortunately this hasn't happened thus far this year. If the rest of the midfield can help him out like they did tonight i'm sure it won't be far away to we see him nail those goals.
He is a star, I just need a nickname for him. The captain wasn't bad either.

I was critical of those who pumped him up, I wasn't convinced he was anywhere near as good as his press.
I'm convinced now. The kid is good.

Worth far more to us than two draft picks. A genuinely elite player ready to develop into a superstar. We need that right now, no time to wait for two kids to maybe become good, then very good, then stars.
