When Eddie and Bucks get sacked and we bring in a new pres and coaching group, how long will they have to win a flag with the current awesome list we have?

With the right coach our back six would be like Fort Knox, but they wouldnt have to do anything anyway with champions like Crisp, Greenwood and co. with their midfield dominance kicking to a forward line with the likes of Cloke and Broomy snagging it up like a Bunnings sausage sizzle.

With the current playing group I'd expect top 4 next year and then a string of flags over the next 10 years.

Crisis? Now?

We've barely warmed up.

Ed has drawn fire from Caro like he fully expected he would.

The fun really starts if we drop another game this week.

Supporting Collingwood is like going out with a really hot girl who is mentally unstable. The sex is great - but she will often try and stab you with a knife.

If we're all honest with ourselves, this is why we barrack for Collingwood.

It's a hell of a toboggan ride.

Brisbane, Geelong and then the Bulldogs. We are probably entering Buckley's 3 last weeks as a coach.

Bob with all due respect can you please be more specific in regards to what part of the club is in crisis ?
The way I see it we are in a injury crisis for sure.
Used 36 players already after 7 rds. It's not the number so much as the personal out. Varcoe, Swan, Adams, Witts, Scharenberg, Williams, Langdon, Goldsack, Cloke, Ramsay. At least 7 maybe 8 of them would have been considered in our best 22 at the start of the season.
We also have a crisis in confidence among the playing group. Even guys like Pendles and Sidey are making skill errors more frequently. Confidence is a fickle beast when you have it every falls into place with out much effort. When you don't have it you try hard but everything turns to shit pretty quickly
Crisis among the coaching group is different again. Would they be worried about there futures with the club ? I'm guessing so this is a results based business adm we aren't acheiving results so they would expect to be under the pump.
The club itself in crisis ? Well when your the biggest club in the land and make statements of playing finals and competing for premierships and your 2-5 can that be deemed a crisis ? Depending on how you judge the other factors then maybe. Eddie has said publicly he has even questioned his own position over the weekend.
But I'll back Eddie to do what's right for the club long term.
Now everyone has there own opinion what the right thing is. Be it sack Bucks or keep him to seasons end or Eddie to stay or go but there opinions.
We are under immense pressure for sure and things look bleak but it ain't the end of the world just yet.
Stay fat with the club and players and hope things turn around. If they don't you won't have to worry things will change for sure and no matter if your in the Bucks camp or the sack Bucks camp your or mine opinion on here won't make a lick of difference mate.

Great. Only three more weeks of your posts to go, too, then.

You want crisis?? Take a look at the club during the mid 80's.
