Post subject: Buttifant anybody?? | |
|
With prodigal off field sons returning to the club in Neil Balme and Gubby Allan after prolonged stints elsewhere, would the club and supporters embrace the return of David Buttifant to replace Davoren??
Yes disloyalty and going to the scum with Mick wasn't the best career choice and we hate anybody who crosses Lygon Street, but as other threads have pointed out, we haven't had a decent run with injuries since mid 2011.
Personally, I am not about grudges anymore. Merely SOLUTIONS! _________________ I love the Pies, hate Carlscum |

Buttifant won't return as he was found out after rotations were capped. But Davoren is entering the end of the year with no contract, which would suggest he will be let go. |

Damn, now I know why we're playing like shit, the players aren't performing because they're uncertain about Bills future, why didn't we extend his contract to prevent this? _________________ Defender...........

From what I was told, Butters took issue with the amount of work Bucks was demanding from the players, Bucks doesn't want to be challenged by the hired help, he wants yes men who agree with every thing he says, not hard to figure that out looking at his assistants. _________________ Defender...........

Get someone from North, they've managed to turn around Higgins and Waite. Waite provided an interesting insight on SEN:
Quote: | “I just find that (North) are doing what a lot of clubs aren’t at the moment. Their number one priority is injury prevention,” he said.
“We probably spend four to five hours a week alone just on that sort of stuff…stuff with your hip and your core and pelvis and ankle movement. A lot of tedious little repetitions of hip activation. I don’t know why it is helping but the majority of our boys are able to get through the majority of the season without any injuries. |

On the other hand, Scharenberg has not done a single ACL on Buttifant's watch. So,QED. |

Freeman couldn't get on the park with us but he's going great at St Kilda.
