Which make the good times, even better.
We'll get back to the good times some day. It all starts with some changes around the club. |
This. We have been here so many times before and yes it does make it so sweet when the good times come. I had not expected such a rapid decline to this level post 2010/11.
Time to hang in, support the guys out there and hope the team is improved until they are up there again I guess. |
Tell that to the Hawks supporters. |

We're officially now in a development year. Absolutely nothing to be gained by switching coaches now and creating even more disunity and lack of cohesion. |
Wrong, if we're now developing, let's develop them with a functional game plan. Why waste a year teaching them more of this rubbish. |

That was my last game whilst this $£$%^%%$ muppet is our coach, I'm kinda glad we lost TBH, Buckley won't see out the week, he either quits or gets sacked, simple. _________________ Defender...........

The fat lady is singing .The dogs are barking. The masses are disillusioned. Time to go Bucks. You look like a man with little or no idea and the players have no conviction at all. This is a day I was going to say ashamed, but I think it's deeper. It's totally disillusioned. All the things people are saying; sold a pup,led down the garden path, whatever you want to say,we are a rabble, the players have no conviction,my brother, who was at the game and texting, said,NO STRUCTURE.And he said you don't see it on TV it is like a festering sore in the flesh. Skills absolutely woeful.Games can change in an instant and we had another today, when we were on a roll,Toovey,a VETERAN,puts a handball at DeGoeys feet when we were on the burst and another goal a shoe in and the ball gets turned over and Carlton kick a goal.Unforgiveable ,especially from a senior player and we are done in an instant. No class to bring us back and no coach to instigate a change that will work.A season of hope and expectation gone.Another season of humiliation to come.I'm going OS for a couple of months soon so I won't be around to endure it all.Sadly,I think Buckley should fall on his sword. His excuses and reasons no longer carry any weight and if he doesn't quit he must be sacked, even just to change the player mindset. |

This is the only reason I am not shouting from the roofs to sack Buckley. I've given him the out of injuries. I don't see the light at the end of the tunnel but I haven't lost hope that it's there like most other nicksters. _________________ The match day thread is for unfiltered BS knee jerk reactions. Eddie and the board are to blame for this
If they had given Bucks a 5yr extension at the beginning of the season the players would be far more relaxed and knowing who will be coaching them beyond 2017
Fix it now Eddie give Bucks the 5yr deal he deserves
Said nobody ever after what we've season |

How do you know they are being taught rubbish? You get in behind the closed doors to the inner sanctum do you?
They could well be receiving the right instruction, but don't yet have the experience, skills, on-field leadership and confidence to translate it. |

So when is Eddie calling the press conference? |
How precious. I didn't need a press conference when I resigned.

It appears Swanny is the heartbeat of this footy team. No Swan no Collingwood. Should have been planning for that the last couple of seasons. Getting Treloar to play and learn off Swan was probably the plan.
Could have done with Tay and Varcs today but will need them next week.
Hopefully the Lions have a tough one over in Adelaide and pick up some minor and major niggles.
On the bright side I thought there was a fair bit of effort and intensity at times in the last quarter. We did want to win it but our legs wouldn't let us.
And congrats to Crocks for lifting in the last. _________________ A strong man stands up for himself ... a stronger man stands up for others. |
