Honest question - Anthony Rocca and Tarkyn Lockyer

Would any other club in the competition employ Anthony Rocca or Tarkyn Lockyer as assistant coaches? I think not. Let's get rid of this boys mentality at Collingwood and outsource

I'm with u mate - its like we have an apprentice coach and a plethora of apprentice assistant coaches, except Burnsy who just keeps his distance and works on his own

I'm off the belief that anyone who questions the great one is not welcome

I think there is overwhelming evidence for this

I've been on about this for some time now.

Rocca - can't put 2 words together.
Lockyer - failed as the VFL coach and is failing miserably as development coach
Stecve Grace - who ???
Ben Hart - the master of the defense - not. Haven't had a decent kick-in plan since Leon left.
Harvey - even St Kilda didn't want him

Enough said.

Have listened a few times to some of the addresses Lockyer has given to the VFL team. He seems to have matured as an assistant coach. The players are very attentive about what he has to say. Rocca has been doing a lot of individual work one on one with the rucks. The players seem to have a lot of respect for him. When I watch him I wish he was on the field out with them because he would give the forward line a bit of a shake they need. Both men I assume are not on big money to be out there coaching the players in the minor roles they have at the club. They are there because they love the club and want to give something back. Cheap shot potting them for the jobs they do, just because Collingwood is losing, so let's find some scapegoats we can blame for it all. Least it takes some of the blame away from Buckley who usually cops it all.
