We most certainly are not making the finals this year

Why so certain? Still plenty of season to go.

Sure, to assume the bleakly negative over any other possibility is a bit defeatist though.

I like some signs I've seen from Aish, but I think he should be made to earn a game through the 2's right now.

Broomhead was nowhere near it today or last week at Victoria Park, but now he's been given a game I'd hate to see him dropped after just one.

Broomhead is useless and I don't see why people are so in love with him. I didn't even realise he was playing until I saw him on camera. What did he do today and why was he even playing? What has he done to warrant senior selection?

I haven't seen what Aish has to offer us yet. People keep saying he'll come good but I'm yet to see any evidence of that.

Play them if you like. The season is a right off anyway.

There is a problem with Broomhead that prevents him performing at AFL level, so far. He's simply too slight and gets pushed out of the contest. I like the kid and think he's got great skills but he needs to put on some weight or he'll never reach his potential. I said this when he was brought up last year from the 2s after getting 40+ possessions in the VFL - the opposition that day were dreadful and yet they still played through him because they knew they could push through physically against him, even at VFL level.

This is his 4th year and he is still a skinny runt.
What is friggin wrong with the club!
