Yeah, credit where credit is due. Blair is probably Collingwood's best player in the first half.

It's a worry when Blair and White are you two best players in a losing team against this shit. Let the bloodbath begin...

All good skip. Thought that was one of Blair's best games for years.
Still made a lot of f*ck-ups though, but I rated the effort.

You should always rate Blair's effort. I admire him for it, week in, week out and have for 6 seasons, even when his output is ordinary.

Bumping this thread. Blair was awesome on the weekend - check out some of his pressure highlights on Michael Christian's The Agenda on the Pies site

Good bump. He originated at least three goals from sheer personal effort and the pressure he created. There is a reason Malthouse put him in a premiership side and played him right through 2011 in an elite group, and Buckley has hardly left him out since. He is not a Treloar, but he is a road block, and a keeper.

Yep. He's been good since the Bombers game really. He's earning his position at present but he'll always be on a knife's edge.

People who bag Blair don't understand the basics of football. Blair would be one of the first players picked each week as his KPIs on the roles he is given on a weekly basis is achieved. When he has been down so has the rest of the team. For one of the littlest blokes going around he is a tough little F'r .

11 possessions, no goals and a couple of bad holding the ball free kicks against. Let's put his game into perspective.

Not sure about that. Has missed very few games since debuting. It's not favouritism either, it's because he does what is needed almost every time. You don't have two completely different selection panels continually pick a player if his spot is marginal.
