Broomhead did SFA yesterday. The standard is not great in the VFL. Should be dominating games.

Does anyone for the life of me or themselves for that matter know why Timothy Broomhead is not in the 25 and ultimately the 22 for this weekend against the drug cheats???????

30 disposals last week in the VFL. He is quick and can actually kick the ball 45m+ off one step.

What on earth is going on here? I see that he has been named in the VFL line up.

Something is very very wrong if our match committee can't make a simple decision to include s guy like Tim Broomhead in our side.

Honestly, Jarryd Blair for one should not be in the 25 before him amongst many others. Pretty average form from our club.

How's the "Broomhead for Prime Minister" campaign looking now?

Years ago before Ceglar was delisted I thought we should have kept him.
But he is only just a ruckman!
Interesting that the Hawks are playing two ruckmen and we are playing one and a half.
Tell me why we got 2 first round picks in Freeman and BenKen and put a few years into them and then we trade them for 2 second round picks?
I don't know why our development of players is going pear shaped?
Go ask Mr Bux, he is a good communicator not sure about his coaching though.

FFS, surely even you can't blame Bucks for Freeman?

I said I don't know why!
As for Freeman his family clearly blamed the Club for his 2 years of hamstring issues.

You don't know why Freeman's development went pear shaped? Very Happy

And while Kennedy was technically a first round pick, he was picked overall in the early second round in a compromised draft. Nothing wrong with the odd pick not working out, every club misses sometimes. He's also doing decently for Melbourne Wink.

Fat lot of good that is doing us, he was mismanaged at Collingwood. In and out of the team used as the sub for far too many games etc.

Nah we won't use sports science anymore, we will just go on gut feel.

Interestingly Cam, I have it on first hand authority that Buttifant goes by gut feel and NO sports science. In fact, back in 2013 he overrode the medical staff and had Dale Thomas play in the match that essentially cost him his career (I know he's still playing, but that ankle will NEVER be right). Then when Butters went to Carlton, Daisy (aka Skfunt), was spewing.

BTW, if you want to know about the nickname PM me and I'll enlighten you... It's a cracker.

Did butters have anything to do with our monumental **** up of not clearing Stevie J because of his ankles?

I thought (from my memory of what I read about this a decade ago) that we sent him to see a specialist and relied on medical advice?
