Just rang up my step dad, an Eagles member, and told him they were cooked without Pridis. He didn't believe me.

Priddis being out is costing the Wiggles big time. They are only leading by the barest of 53 point margins. 71:52 in the second. Luciy Richmond have kicked 3 goal straight or they might have been in a difficult situation.

31 inside 50s to 6.

The soccer tactics have been taken to extremes in this game - the Tigers are gifting the Wiggles possession and then trying to score on the counte-attack, like Wolfsburg trying to hang in against Real.

Hardwick is, presumably, doing everything he can to take the heat off Buckley. Wiggles lead 73 to 19 at halftime.

Elliott Yeo has kicke 1.4 and a couple out on the full. Just as well, really.

2 goals in a row to Richmond to start the third. 7 more in a row and they'll still be behind.

The Eagles should be 80 in front. They scraped home against the scum and lost to us. Puts our win in perspective. Chicken farmers beware, lock up your poo bins.

Almost feel like giving them the benefit of the doubt, being it WCE in Perth and all.

But wow, they look bound for a low, low finish this year.

A Magpie win this weekend will really take the spotlight off and put it squarely onto Richmond.

Do you think our win against them has rattled them at all? Or were they always bound to be below average?

The AFL website's review of last night's Richmond game is a wasted opportunity - why just head title the article "Obliterated", when they could have called it "Obli-Tiger-ated - Cubs mauled in West"?

On another note, it's great to see that the Bumblers are on 90-minute delay this afternoon on FTA TV - that means that, in the unlikely event they're competitive, we won't accidentally be tuned in to see them playing competently.

See how the time delay on the Bumblers' broadcast is helping us all? They're only 2 points down at half-time (presumably Geelong can't stop laughing at the opposition long enough to play), so you can just tune in at about 5pm to watch them fall in a heap. Geelong 36, Essendon 34 at the half.

Meanwhile, Hawthorn are doing what they can to take the pressure off Buckley - just letting St Kilda draw level, 6.2 apiece, half way through the second quarter. Ceglar and Riewoldt 2 goals each. See, now Ceglar is as good a forward as Riewoldt, as well as being a better ruckman than Don Scott.

St Kilda running away with this, now. 45 to 38. Vomit with the last 4 scoring shots and5 of the last 6 goals.

No, Hawthorn has a goal back. 45 to 44. Vomit lead.
