So after nearly 60,000 complaints/ good wishes and more complaints about Buckley as our coach a problem exists that many are not aware of .

So who is the man who walks on water to get Collingwood into the top 4 in 2 to 3 years .

Not really much to pick from with experience and success .

Not even Jock McHale could be the man [ yes i know he is not at this moment with us].

Leigh Mathews has said without a good team the coach is useless .

SO get rid of the recruiters / been there toooo ling / get rid of assistants /been there to long [ i believe some have already been told .

A MAJOR problem with CFC is tactical nous , In many other sports SPECIALISED TACTICIANS are appointed . If you watch your team play every week you can predict where the ball willl be sent and and at what positions on the ground players will run to . So the game plans are too predictable.

the most popular game in the world is Soccer . i watch it and i have also been a CFC supporter since 1953.

i can assure you that many of the tactics in AFL today are copies of Soccer . No coach of AFL has been an innovator .

i do not like the game played today nd one of the many reasons is that many of the tactics introduced from Soccer are not suitable to the much bigger grounds .

More than anything else COLLINGWOOD needs match day tactical coaches who have an ability to read the game and change the game not just shifting a player or kick wide or kick down the centre .

Some of the most famous of these tacticians in EUROPE have never played the game at high level but they know how to play CHess.

The game needs innovation not some ex afl players who have that as a qualification .

Get three specialist tacticians whose minds can handle the complexity of the game who would not be static in required decision making .

In 120 minutes inovation is needed not tactics based on looking at last few games played by next weeks team you play .

who is smart / who can think / who has the brain too play chess and confuse the opposition .

Get three tactical coaches not ex footy players / you need hi IQ guys .

Only then will the only problem Buckley has [ tactical nous ] be solved .

And appoint 2 guys who are tactical experts . These guys may or may not have played AFL but they would know how to play chess and can make MOVES . if you watch your team play every week you get a good idea of tactics employed and game plan .
What you do not get tactical changes during a game that are different and confuse the opposition .

In all other sports this occurs .
It is not just a matter of taking a player off or changing his position // so if the team is playing badly change the game plan immediately .
The extreme case of this is GRIDION where the Quarterback calls a series of numbers before he throws the ball which signifies where players should run to and there is a book of these and many are picked for game day .

STATIC players and predictable game plans =LOSS

the coaches of today watch the last few weeks of next weeks opponent to formulate A game plan / gee that easy to do

I actually don't mind this - and I'm what you would refer to as a "Buckley supporter". Sando is 32nd on the list of most successful coaches (in terms of win/loss ratio) and Bucks is only 49th, so you'd hope for an immediate improvement even without the so-called tactical experts.

Open the door for non Collingwood personell and this only an example a Luke Hodge and say a Nick Riewoldt to sharpen up midfield and goal kicking

Dunno about Sando, id still move heaven and earth to get Longmire, but I like the idea of Bucks as Footy manager, that's good, if he has to be moved on from the coaching job.

We have yet to see the scope of works the committee has to reflect on then act as they see fit --there may well be a non match day function being planned for Nathan

It may involve Bucks in another role (see "this is where I want to be " and
"it's not a one way street") language used by Nathan he always said he wants what good for Collingwood
