A huge positive for this season. Has taken his game to another level and particularly the last few weeks is providing us with some much needed drive from defense. His disposal has been the safest of any of our defenders all year (Howe comes close), although he does play it a bit safe at times, he is now starting to hit leading targets up forward as his confidence grows. There's no doubt he's a quality player and if he can continue to string games together even the haters won't be able to deny him. _________________ Well done boys! |

Has been far more direct with his kicking the last couple of games.
Less sideways chipping and unrealistic "thread the needle" attempts.
Always loved his effort and run, the package is starting to come together. _________________ "I am a great sage, equal of heaven.

All he's ever needed was a decent injury free run of games. Let's hope he remains injury free as we desperately need his pace off the backline. |

This is the Collingwood motto of the last decade. |

one of my faves. |
This ballet training should be a mandatory component of every players cross training, a couple of sessions a week. |

Agreed, particularly given the role it may have played in Reid's recovery...Ballet all round, good for the boys physically, culturally, and sociologically _________________ "The last thing he expected WAS THE FIRST THING HE GOT!!!!!"

A great example of commitment to improve deficiencies and other players should take note of his career turnaround. _________________ I love the Pies, hate Carlscum |

This is 100% spot on. the poor guy always seemed to get injured just as he was providing consistent quality.
I love Sinkers for the speed reason as well. speed can make every possession 2 possessions because of the yards you can gain before the kick and the line breaking nature of such possessions can really set up easy goals.
He is comfortably in our best 22! _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |

Are you talking about Sinkers or your view of sinkers. I think many people on this board remember his first three games where a very nervous kid missed a couple of easy sausage rolls. I haven't seen those problems since, but a lot here haven't been able to get over that early perception. _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |
