There is definitely right and wrong, and no amount of mental illness can excuse the ethnic cleansing, (and if that was the sole desire, why was torture also used?) that's has occurred in the past, and still occurring now. How the mad greed for power of one man what ever colour he is, can allow so many to follow his evil map like sheep is just insane in itself. Those men are just plain evil. And I can't think of a character in any Disney or even that nutty guys movies, that come close to the horror that is the reality of hitler,pol pot, or ISIS.

The mind boggling thing is how the **** does it happen! How do you convince enough people that that's the way forward? Herd people into a warehouse and gas them? Walk into a town square and blow yourself up, hoping to take a bunch of others with you?

Russia is seeking UN security council backing for "serious consequences" if Turkey invades Syria. I doubt they'll get it, but it sets the scene for war.

There's been 12 wars between Russia and Turkey but it's been about 100 years since the last one, so maybe they're both just itching for another fight. In the modern age of warfare it would not be pretty.
