Pretty standard stuff, sign off on it every time I do a colour run, commando run etc. it's because there are too many morons doing dumb things and then blaming someone else that it's a requirement. Like trying to run or even walk 5k when their body isn't capable of it. It's not much for the average joe, but I saw a guy who was probably 200kg plus yesterday take about 4 min to get into his car, and I'm still stumped how he managed to drive it. The poor guy was puffing after walking int a shop for maybe 5 min. So yeah, not a good idea to be attempting 5 k.
