Thanks Dave. A shame these insanely wealthy companies can't be bothered employing a few customer service representatives. Shows a real lack of respect and care for their users. Unfortunately, this is what happens when you get monopolies.

Shows they only care about $$$$$$ and nothing else.
Don't give a Stuff about there Customers
That is why I try not to give them as less money as Possible

If they were smart they'd put some resources into that. Because guess what, nothing lasts forever and all it takes is a popular new Facebook or Youtube to come along and for disgruntled users to leave in droves. And if they want to make money, that approach is not going to work well for them in the long run.
