Dane Swan, Scott Pendlebury and Alan Toovey have just come onto the field after missing the first hour. Doing 200m light jogs with Adam Treleor.
The main group has split into two groups at either end of the park inside the forward and back 50m.
- Forward 50m is Black team vs Yellow team (focusing on switching the play outside 50m then finding a target).
- Back 50m is Red team vs White team (close quarter hand balling with the occasional shot on goal).

Finishing up with the whole team having kicking for goal practice.
Lined up in six rows and having to kick over a metal human figure.
Liked this as it was at the end of training when they were tired.
Varcoe still a beautiful kick for goal.

Some 200m jogs by the whole team.
Now in groups of three running around the Centre square. Fast run for one side, then a slow recovery run for the next side, repeated.
Mark Harvey, Anthony Rocca and Tarkyn Lockyer also here as part of the coaching group.

Jarryd Blair and Jackson Ramsey are sitting out the last running sections. Under the tent getting a drink.
Boys doing hard 200m runs now. One group ran around the boundary with some of the talks like Cloke and Grundy running down the middle of the ground.

| Well she has come back a different woman. Even with all the players on the field she said she really enjoyed chatting with Neil Balme.
