After the disapearance of former Prime Minister Harold Holt in 1967 off the murky sea weed filled sea off Cheviot Beach on Victoria's east coast. 'arold Holt'has become part of australian slang folk lore as rymning slang for " Salt" or doing "The BOLT". Harold ironically has a swimming pool also named in his honor.

However as the tides of change pass a new contender has arisen to take the name of this perculiar piece of Australian folklore slang. He is Collingwood Magpies Young Key Position player " Corey Gault".

" It is a fair honor to be compared to a former Prime Minister,I didn't know".
Corey allegedly stated. " And hopefully doing the " Corey Gault " refers to me and other players having more leg speed and covering more ground". In regards to using " Corey Gault" on food he only likes
it on 'Serena Williams Hips'. (chips).

I used to frequent the said pool as a youngster - I always thought the naming to be intentional - I.e a message if you like, that swimming was an important skill to learn to avoid drowning, anyway, as you were.

Hot Pies tonight!

As I did to as a kid, on a side note Ron Clegg used to live in Edgar St, where the Harold Holt is located, useless information, I know.

It can also be said it wasn't his "Corey Gault" that the ball never came to him.
