At least 40 dead, and 100 hostages at a Parisian theatre.

Hope that there are no more killings and the assailants are caught soon.

According to the French news channel, a gunman at Bataclan shouted "It's for Syria" and "Allahu Akbar!"

France has closed its borders. President declares state of emergency (first since Algerian war).

2 suicide attacks and 1 bombing, MO sounds very like the islamic terrorist groups, which is just what Europe needs right now with the refugee situation going on.

-More than a dozen killed by gunfire in a restaurant.
-Then it's reported that more gunmen open fire during a rock concert in a theatre & are still in there holding hostages!
-plus suicide bombers can be clearly heard during the commentary of the France v Germany game at Stade de France as they detonate their devices immediately outside the ground.
President Hollande was at the game.
Imagine the fear - 80,000 had to leave the ground and get home knowing suicide bombers had been about.

Terrible.

Apparently the Bataclan siege is over. Police have stormed the theatre and the gunmen are dead.

ABC News 24 is reporting that 100 people have been killed at the theatre alone. Horrifying.

Should this be filed under "bad things done by (some) Muslims" or is it too early to say.

Unconfirmed reports that the attackers are IS sympathisers, but very little information at the moment. The death toll being reported at the moment is 140.

Horrific news and expect the tensions to be running rampant in France especially after the Charlie Hebdo shootings in January.

Terribly sad news for the victims and their families Sad

Let me see. They must be Christian fundamentalists, Jewish fundamentalists, Hindu fundamentalists, Buddhist fundamentalists, Scientologists, or could it be ...............must be a surprise her...........wait for it.......Muslim fundamentalists.

Then again David you could be living in a place called denial: somewhere between fantasy & Hampton.
