As they continue on their never ending rebuild with all those green shoots, we are coming back into contention.

Hopefully the next 3-4 years, we will beat them consistently.

Hopefully we can show them that those green shoots are just weeds.

I seem to recall Gavin Crosisca at one point with ball in hand closing to within goal-scoring range but unsuccessfully hand-balling instead of taking the shot.
Companion: "Why did he handball?"
Me: "No right foot."

1970 79 81, GFs, Never forgot , never will, utterly loathe this swine hung team, evil empire of greed and avarice. Hate is too mild a word. Love smashing them, smash em real bad.

Looked like he'd he shot from the Book Depository. In fact comparing his reaction to JFK's, i'd say Treloar's was worse.

Whatever - he was interviewed on the ground after the game and said he cramped both hammies and would be fine.

Gees, you're a bit touchy tonight. All good? You're normally much more relaxed.

would've liked for us to show more pressure on the filed to bury the f***ers instead of trying to keep them in the game like we did. but you take the win. we're top 4 now and they're still scum in the gutter where they belong.

Only 2 wins behind them on head to head, we will be ahead of them by 2020. I have only been waiting 40 years to see it (others probably longer)

Maybe the Blues can be gifted another finals appearance so we can beat them again. Probably not realistic for 10 teams to be banned.
