agree with all of that and he is piecing together some good, consistent footy. should be better for another preseaon.

I thought his last few games had actually been good.
Today he showed the signs of having a football brain and that you can't coach.
His foot skills are lol advanced of many other players in our side and most of those have played a lot more games than him.
Give him another preseason to get his fitness up to required level and he will be just dandy |

I reckon he has a chance of becoming an A grader.
And if anyone knows me over the last number of years I rarely say that of any player.
He is slow which is a worry but I saw enough tonite to think he may and I say may make it to an elite level.

I remember people saying early in 2010 that we made a Mistake with Ball and Jolly.
Agree shows it can take players even upto a Season to Properly Gel with a new team

The list of slow but elite midfielders reads well. The kid has stuff you can't teach, he is a footballer.

Watch at 1:45 into the game (18:15 left on the count down clock in the 1st quarter). Picks the ball up from behind his legs, through his legs as if it's nothing. That was classy.

Only watched the second quarter today, but he was putting on a clinic out there. Amazing awareness and ball skills. Let's hope we see more of it.

Aish is getting better with each game he plays
Am now seeing the same stuff that put him
in top 3 Best players in SAFL GF 2013 as a 17yr
old kid
