Just looked at the first page in the sports bar and no Baseball threads?

Approaching the 2016 post season and wondering who we all like?

I'm a San Francisco Giants fan, we can't make it so I'm jumping on the Cubs!

One of my nephews is a keen Cubs fan so I thought I'd join him for the ride.
Any other MLB fans amongst us Nicks tragics???

I was getting into it when it was on free to air channel ONE, but then it went away and so did my interest. Has a free to air station got the rights for this season or just Fox again?

Well we subscribe to MLB.TV but I believe ESPN has some games on this weekend.

I know the American League Division Series with the Astros v KC game is on atm, I switched over & there was a rain delay but the Astros are currently leading 3 -1 bottom of the 4th.

I hope so, I don't like the Dodgers either, a few people I know have jumped on their bandwagon since they came out last year & played their Opening Game against the Diamondbacks in SYD, I never went, refuse to pay money to watch those hacks!




I am so nervous but, I need to get home quickly from the kids T-Ball/Softball games tomorrow morning, as the NY/LA game starts at 12:45pm.

Very eager to see deGrom v Kershaw battle.

My nearly 7yo son is massive deGrom fan, same hair style, it's all about the hair, LOL!

Cubs winning the Wildcard has seen my sportsbet cashout looking quite attractive. I won't be tempted, I think they'll roll the Cardinals.

I am SUPER mad about todays LA/NY game.
Did you see what happened in the 7th dig with Utley from LA?

He took out Tejada at 2B intentionally to avoid/break up the double play, he didn't even attempt to take the bag on the slide.
What a rotten scumbag cheat!


Cheating is the only way the Dodgers get to stay in the Play Offs.
Bad call by the umps, Utley should've been called out for the interference.



Anyway, Mondays game (Tuesday morning here) is gonna be interesting to say the least!
