Was at the game
Certainly see a lot more than what you see on TV.
He worked tirelessly in a "lead up" role
He lead, doubled back. lead again, doubled back and lead up again.
We have a habit of not honoring a lead.
He was being held at every stoppage and worked through it by providing a block for sidey and at times Broomhead.
He may very well of had to however he played 93% game time., Thats a player who has missed a great deal of training and pre-season this year.
He is working into his fitness base for AFL footy and on the weekends work ethic - injuries aside - I have no doubt he will be back to his best next year and push up onto the wing or midfield.
Im not worried about Fas and where he is at. _________________ "Even when Im old and gray, I wont be able to play but Ill still love the game"

Like all the players on both our VFL and AFL lists he pulls on a Collingwood jumper and busts both his nuts to honour it and it's proud tradition. Love him and the lot of them to a fault.
I'm a supporter, that's what I do. _________________ "MAKE COLLINGWOOD GRATE AGAIN" |

He's been playing in the back half to round out his game because Buckley sees a midfield role for him in the future. Buckley said as much earlier this year. |

fasolo just doesn't win enough 50/50 ball and as such shall struggle in modern footy. Think:
* Josh Hill
* C Young
* Shane Woewodin
* J Garlett
* Jessie White
If he had an ounce of Puopolo or a tad Gavin Brown competitive urge with a dose of Jake King, well........ _________________ I love the Pies, hate Carlscum |

Has one last game to show he has something to offer. Was poor Saturday nite when the side was crying out for someone to stand up and be counted. Plenty off his type on the list and most likely a few more will be added in this years draft. Time to move him on, which will be best for both him and the club......IMO _________________ B.U.M.S ROCK...That's Ballarat United Magpies Supporters.....Long trip but even longer hangovers! |

I think our definition of decent varies. Perhaps I should of written "good" kick. Sinclair is more or less the same level as Tooves, Williams or Frost, IMO. Maybe not terrible but too many turnovers to be considered a good user of the football. _________________ kill for collingwood! |

his kicking has improved markedly on what we had all been accustomed to. since his return i think he is better than being a good kick. watch him closely this week. hopefully he will not let me down. _________________ Purveyor of sanctimonious twaddle. |

Recruitment/Coach wannabees and their endless self-important misguided mumblings will be the death of me. |
So we didn't trade Heath Shaw last season or Chris Dawes the year before?
Strange how the coach doesn't have a problem with off loading premiership players if it thinks it's in the best interest of the club going forward.
So I take you don't feel he's supporting the team?
This a discussion board, where people are free to raise tough questions and explore possibilities the club may choose to take at seasons end.
Whether it be Fasolo or someone else of relative quality you've got to give something to get something of value in return.
The coach seems to understand this, do some of you? |
Agree. Aren't too many untouchables in our squad and don't doubt the coaching and list management bods will make the tough decisions for the betterment of the club. Not sure Fasolo is any risk of being off loaded but if the right offer comes along.... |
