As the saying goes - "You must crawl before you walk."
No problem with players being individuals, etc.
In fact, personality should be encouraged - but 15 odd games in, not 20 years old yet, my view is that one needs to pay their dues before they parade around with the arrogance of a Dermie at the height of his superstardom. (even he never referred to himself as "The Dermie")
Anyways, I enjoy his work on the field, and also like his "confidence" to a point, but I feel he needs to pull his head in slightly or risk being labelled and targeted.......
