When at work, my runs are after 5:30pm, can be pretty tough after a 12hr day especially in summer with temperatures regularly over 45.
When at home, nothing beats that early morning run on the beach, a great way to start the day.

I can be either. I tend to do 3, 6 or 12 months or so at a time of one, then flip over to the other. In the bush, mornings for sure. I get up around 4AM in the southern summer 'coz I like to be packed up and ready to go before dawn. During winter in Ballarat, sometimes I sit up to all hours and battle to get out of bed soon enough for an 11 o'clock start.

Shrug.

It depends.
