Is it called "bored panda" because they are so boring. I've seen 3 of these "puzzles" So far. Each takes roughly 5 seconds to solve.

The most annoying share right now is the Mark Zuckerberg giving away money one, I've seen at least a dozen friends already share this around and now there are dozens sharing one mocking them which is quite funny really.
