Whilst discussing the Scum,s potential draft picks pick one appears assured.
And a point made that Kruzer being put up for trade would most likely give
them pick two.
If we wanted Kruzer have we a pick to offer _________________ I'm not arguing--just explaining why i am right |

I assumed it was if he left via free agency and they got a first round compo pick

Yeah same as us with Daisy. Will depend on the coin he gets which will then dictate the compo pick Carlton receive. The blues have already low balled him so I guess they are hoping he leaves. |

I wouldn't be surprised if we picked up Kruezer as a free agent. |

The system is flawed. Kruezer gets pick 2? Frawley got pick 3 last year?
Meanwhile Adelaide will get pick 12 for Danger and the Hawks got 18 for Buddy.
Compensation picks should be 5, 15, 25, 35. Not after your first round pick which could be anywhere from 1 - 18.
Under this system Adelaide would get 5 for Danger, Blues would get 15 for Kruezer. Much fairer _________________ http://youtu.be/hvtdbfI1sqQ |

^^It's not supposed to be fair, it's part of equalisation. Agree that it's probably not right.
For real free agency though, there shouldn't be any compo pick at all. _________________ Well done boys! |

I tend to agree but do think top 4 teams should be excluded as destination clubs. |

why not have the compo pick in the same spot of the club the player goes to. _________________ B.U.M.S ROCK...That's Ballarat United Magpies Supporters.....Long trip but even longer hangovers! |

In most US professional sports, you get your picks at the end of the first round. _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |
