We still missed the Finals

As will 9 other sides and in a few weeks time 7 other clubs will be thinking they might as well have.

Duncan and Caddy were missing tonight so we dominated the midfield as we should.

Geelong will be hoping Dangerfield doesn't change his mind though.

Interestingly, we dominated the midfield with Crisp, De Goey, Greenwood and Adams starting in there, Pendles up back and Swanny in the forward line. Pity that Sidebottom played the second-half with a corky because he murdered them when the contest was on.

I blame A_I.

This is the second time he's mozzed us this season.

P.S-Technically speaking it was a P4S thread but we all know Sinclair is Ink's love child so he's copping it.

Team looked much better without Cloke, Frost and Toovey...

Reid and Pendles starting on back line; Grundy, Adams, Crisp, DeGoey, Greenwood tackling and winning hard ball and clearances. Sidebottom with some outside run / finish. Langdon, Scharenberg, Maynard, Marley off HBF, Moore up forward. Kicking straighter.

Bring in Treloar, Aish and/or preferably Dangerfield - and 2016/2017 starting to look like some good potential ahead.

Unless I'm mistaken, we played some equally good footy early in the year with all 3 in the side so it's hardly indicative...

Well, that was a very enjoyable win.I was very impressed by our young guns like Moore,Adams,DeGoey and Crisp. They all look like they're going to be very good players, and our midfield actually looked better with them playing in the middle.

And one things for certain.Winning sure beats the hell out of losing! Smile

Ah right, I'd forgotten about that. We were the most accurate side in the comp early on. Back to our best tonight with 17-8!

Disappointing news about Sinclair, had a good one tonight.

What an awe inspiring performance. No Cloke, and Swannie (having previously run rampant) subbed out at half time.
Just breath taking.
Welcome aboard Levi Greenwood!! Jack Crisp, you are a gun. Tay Adams, you are a gun. Pendles: the game of a Collingwood captain. Jordan De Goey: break out game. Amazing courage and attack on the ball.
Grundy: G for Gem. Such an amazing and unusual ruckman.
Goes and gets the ball at ground level like a "rover".
Sinclair played a game as well.
Fasolo: needs to find out why he can play so brilliantly one night, and so badly another. If he can solve this conundrum, he will be a superstar.
Geelong had everything to play for, we had nothing. Yet we smashed them. A sign of where we are heading. I love the Pies!!

it was one of the most enjoyable nights of going to the footy in a long time. that said, it's a shame the g still pipes the fake crowd sound through the pa system at the start of the quarter.

Yep, it'll be fine by April 2016, and that's what matters most at this point. He'll break something different then, I guess, but his hand'll be fine (probably).
