Kenneth More. I was hoping to be Richard Hannay.

Hmmmm. lots of dead guys in that side, but even they will perform better than what we did last week, thats a gimme. ! My excuse for last week is simple, my mind is fully pre occupied with mad monday, i have to book a gullible Pub, buy the slabs, party pies, hot dogs, little boy savoloys, sauce, twisties, spam, chiko rolls, and bring the damn steamer. i cant be bothered with a match, clint eastwood can stand in for me, hes a fit as a mallee bull right now.

I confess to being slightly disappointed about being stripped of my occasional role as guest-deity.

I guess being named as Benedict thingy is OK but I would have preferred to be playing as, say, Dylan Moran - both my teenage kids call me "Bernard", so it's a role I would at least be familiar with.

I actually wanted my hero Dylan to play, Pies4shaw, but I ran out of spots. Alongside John Cleese, he taught me everything I know about running my spectacularly successful customer-focused retail business.

Missed a golden opportunity to cast DTM as Jack Black, and Skaman as the other 3 Marx Brothers

Jack Black? Never 'eard of 'im. This is supposed to be famous people.

Ah, I see. Apparently he is the spawn of some recent American movies or, in other words, an indentikit no-account character not worthy of our notice. I have seen every single quality American movie made since 1985 and Jack Black isn't in them. (Yes, really I have. Watched them all the way through too, both of them.)

Dave will make an excellent Harrison Ford, or possibly Harrison Ford will make an excellent Dave: either way the result is smart, good looking, and ingenious. Who better to sneak into the Pussycat's Inner Sanctum and escape with the Priceless Jewels? (If any.) Or possibly escape with only a shower of cat piss to remember the experience by, but that's up to you Dave. Take your whip and good huntin'!
