If we took him back and he was fully fit it'd be the biggest coup since Tarrant. |

I'd agree for a late draft pick I'd welcome him back if:
1. Fully fit
2. Has been medically assessed
3. Has pace
4. Doesn't cost too much lira _________________ “I even went as far as becoming a Southern Baptist until I realised they didn’t keep ‘em under long enough” Kinky Friedman |

I don't know why people continue to insult Daisy.
I hope they have figured out by now that his body is broken. That there is no way Collingwood was going to match what Carlton offered (even though from a tweet he posted just before he left, he was hoping until the end that they would).
Have any of you turned down a guaranteed four year contract which would more than double the salary offered by you current employer and was payable even if you couldn't turn up to work (in a situation where you were worried that you wouldn't ever be able to work again)!
I will never understand how anyone cant see why daisy didn't have any real choice here.
It was great for Collingwood that he left (and correct of Collingwood to decline to match the offer), but how on earth can you judge the guy for making that call! _________________ Ohhh, the Premiership's a cakewalk ....... |

That's right Mick it's all about you. What mattered was Daisy's loyalty to you. Any loyalty to the Collingwood Football Club was secondary.
Of course your loyalty has a price and you coerced him with a ridiculously expensive contract.

Yep that's the way I see it. He did us a favour, whilst setting himself up. I was disappointed at the time, but I understood it. _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |
