Swan hurts knee in tackle.
Hopefully it's not too bad but it looks heavily strapped and he came back on for a couple minutes.
Get him off I say no use risking further damage - season gone.
Hate to see another Luke ball mark Ii _________________ Go Pies...Premiers 2010 |

6 months to recover it doesn't matter!
It is not an ACL so who cares! _________________ we don't eat our own at collingwood we just allow them to foul our nest. |

We'd never let a player back on if he had a serious knee injury. Must be ok! _________________ Well done boys! |

Yes, that was the joke.
Seriously, hopefully he's ok. Has been a brilliant year from him after a downer last season. _________________ Well done boys! |

Hmm. Hate to be a negative nelly. But it looked like an ACL wrench to me.
Crossing fingers. |

Looks like a minor issue, rest him up for next year. _________________ Defender...........

They would have done ACL test. I'd say it's a strained medial . But until they scan you can never know. _________________ Go Pies...Premiers 2010 |

Why the F they put him back on on dead rubber is anyone's guess.
I assume after assessment, they think no more damage can be done. But unless they have a MRI and xray, they'd be guessing. |

Yes, just confirmed as a medial, so Swanny gets a rest next week. |
