I've found a bar. Big Screen and Cold Beer and comfy chairs. Just warming up. We broke the local bookmaker yesterday. We had a winner at Pakenham and got $25-1 and then he let us take Adelaide at $3 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺
We are waiting to see what odds we get on the Pies. We may have scared him off. |

We were terrible last week but I seriously expect us to come out firing today because if we don't then that's the season done and dusted for mine not only in terms of finals chances which already looks gone but for the character of the playing group.
Carlton is terrible so this should be a win at all costs and no excuses can be made. Very happy to see Reid finally return and I think playing him up forward will be great for Darcy Moore. I'm also very pleased that Jonathan Marsh has finally been rewarded with a senior spot after impressive performances in the VFL.
No excuses today! We must win this to end the losing drought, keep our finals hopes alive, show some character and resilience and most importantly this is Carlton after all! As we've all said in the past, if you can't win another game but can beat Carlton for the whole season then we'll be happy with that!

Agree if we only win two games for the year but they are Carlscum then the season is not wasted

I think there's little chance we'll actually play well today. There have been too many recent changes. But we should play well enough to beat the Blues, a loss would be a major disappointment as was the Melbourne game.
It will be very interesting to see how the long time missing Reid and Sinclair go and exciting to see Marsh's debut.
