Here comes the collapse. Marsh never looked likely. |

Australia 7/241 at stumps (62.2 ov)
Australia still trail England by 90 runs with 3 wickets remaining.
Fall of wickets:

2-130 (Warner, 25.6 ov)
3-136 (Marsh, 27.6 ov)
4-136 (Smith, 28.2 ov)
5-174 (Clarke, 40.5 ov)
6-224 (Nevill, 57.4 ov)
7-236 (Johnson, 61.3 ov)
Mini collapse after Warner (64) got out. Marsh (2) and Smith (5) both dismissed when Australia on 136. _________________ Sydney Collingwood Supporters Club

Good application by the openers, in difficult conditions early. But, after that, 7/123 - not really much of an improvement on the first innings.
Very disappointed in Sir Donald Bradsmith's efforts in this game. Perhaps he was anointed a little early? |

You just watch out if the tail wags a little and Australia make 750. |

Marsh, I would've lasted longer than you, considering your career was on the line that was pathetic.
Clarke, if you think it ain't over someone needs to tell you, been a great player and leader but it's time to hang Em up mate.
Warner, I love ya, but you have some work to do on seaming pitches, should've been out at least twice before you fell for the same trap as last time.
Rogers, I know you want to retire but you might need to stick around for a while mate.
Smith, poor match awareness but the shot was on, reckon you were unlucky. _________________ Defender...........

Yep, nobody in cricket averages a single digit, or an asterisk, better than Marsh. To be used on RSA tours only from now on.

Totally, that retirement thought needs to be removed from his head pronto.
Absolutely no reason another under-performing shield opener needs to be gifted his spot, either Cowan or anybody else from NSW who wake up one morning to find a nice new Baggy Green under their pillow.

Smith hit a catch down point's throat a couple of balls after he hit one catching height a metre to his right. Unlucky???? Daft more like it...... _________________ "I am a great sage, equal of heaven.

Gotta agree 100%.
Surely he's taken his little "home spun technique" thing a little far now.
He's nicking off playing at balls aimed at an 8th or 9th stump he's getting that far across! _________________ "I am a great sage, equal of heaven.
