doesn't have much of a description on the menu board and don't ask the cook when it will be ready. s/he'll just say s/he just cooks it and the rest takes care of itself.

When you eat the Hirdburger it tastes like crap. If you ask the chef what they put in it, they tell you they don't keep a record of the ingredients. But then they will insist there is nothing harmful in it. It is likely if you make a formal complaint the restaurant will sack the waitress, the cleaner and the manager. The chef will not be sacked but be given a new contract, an all expenses paid holiday to Paris and he'll probably sue the food inspector who you complain to.
