My apologies Eddie. You were supposed to be amongst the motley crew, as Sergeant of Marines, a role perfectly suited to your talents, but your name got accidentally cut and pasted out by clerical error. Given the prospects for this voyage, this was probably your luckiest day!

Bit shocked at making it to able seaman!
I thought I would be flung down to the ship rats.
And told to abandon ship when the ship's hobbit came on board!

I can use signals to produce more seamen.
That's the idea right? To gather as much, I mean as many, seamen as possible????.......

Stardate 3.14159
Chief Engineer's personal log.

The Sub Antarctic conditions at Enema Stadium seemed to have prompted management to go with a vessel that's been tried and tested in icy conditions but I have my misgivings!
The plans I purchased from that jolly man at the dinosaur park for the new and improved HMAS Titanic II (mk2) only arrived in the mail on fridae and there seems to be a mix up in the scale!
I been at it hammer and tongs since then but with barely the ribs and keel laid it could be a very short voyage unless I pull my finger out!
Our only real hope is if the opposition turn up in the even less sea-worthy M.S sTeam Australia!
Otherwise it looks like the I've been sold a PUP!

Oh well, DAMN the icebergs, fool steam ahead!

Correct! It's called "semaphore". Raise a flag in your left hand, and place your right hand on the pole. Erect it (the flag, I mean) and stream a broad pendant, no, no, sorry, I mean let it fly in the general direction of ... sorry ... at the direction of the Signals Officer on watch, who is probably Lieutenant Watt Price Tully, if he can find the boat, but may also be Lieutenant Neil unless he is too busy rubbing down his torpedo.

Is that clear?

Me & the Batman in the forward line absolute genius. Who would have thought 2 drunkards kicking a winning score whilst drinking schooners with the crowd and stealing dimmies off children.
My ole mate bat point to whom you wish not to be involved in a marking contest and your wish shall be answered.
Tannin this is a stroke of genuine genius and at the next vote John Wren instigated to have you replaced I personally will hold out for more than 30 seconds.
Oh and the rank suits me to a tee. I'm able to do anything on land and at sea.
On a separate note did you here about the gay whale ?
Bit the end off a submarine and sucked all the seamen out
