After another honourable loss we now have reached a critical point in our development. This team is mentally weak and no one is willing to take the game on when it. Counts.

Have way too many hard working unskillful & bad decision makers in our team.

Toovey Sinclair Williams brown frost Langdon Adams are all poor users of the footy and bad decision makers.

Not to mention our inept ability to kick straight. Buckley needs to take this team and give them a almighty rocket. If people think that we are just going to improve and things will happen because we are young, should look at port Adelaide.
Success is not a given because you get older. We lack smart skilful players and unless Derek hine & coaching panel address this we will never make it.

Effort can get u only so far, next 6 months of pre season is Bucks test. If he fails to get this team to finals next year then he won't be coach in 2017.

Enough is enough time for this club to stand up & make it count. As terry Wallace said I will spew up if I hear honourable loss one more time.

We have a losing culture right now and that needs to stop!

Agree Dave, Adams and Langdon are potentially elite footballers.

Sinclair has improved but not to the point of being in the best 22 for any side.

Tell me why we are such a crap kicking side.
That would be a great start!

We were ok in the first half.
The kicking for goal has been weird.

Is it killer instinct we don't have.
Maybe wee don't see it as an opportunity to dig a knife in.

I'd bet its fixed with a killer mindset from the top.

We are a crap kicking side because we have a sh...it load of players who can't kick.
It really is that simple.
But hey Hine is a genius!!!!
Everyone keeps telling me this!

I thought Langdon would become an A grader but alas his kicking is close to ordinary at best.

Our club has no killer, win-at-all-cost attitude.

Speaking to an AFL high performance coach this week, a couple of comments relating to Collingwood:
- Trav's problems are clearly all above the shoulders but the club refuses to want to do something about this, focussing instead on mechanics etc
- We (like a few clubs) lack a winning culture - meaning we don't have a clear and unambiguous focus of winning.

Next time you're talking to him you might want to ask how the club employing a sports psychologist specifically to work with cloke on his goal kicking equals refusing to do something 'about this'.

Adams is soon to be an elite footballer, he has some improvement left to be one but is showing all at collingwood what it takes.
it's hard to watch us go through this period which lazz de silva takes about but hang in there. maybe it's time to start feeding the lads some roar meat.

He's going to be a repeat All-Australian before he's done. Throughout the whole sorry 7 losses out of 8, he's been one of the few consistently good players. He's just remarkably consistent for such a young lad.

Langdon is an excellent player.
But, he is an ordinary at best kick.
His kicks have no penetration, they go up slowly and go down slowly,
up and under as they say. his handballs are often slow and misdirected.
Getting the ball, getting to the contest, getting many disposals is what he is good at. But there was probably a reason he went so low in the draft and I think kicking was a part of that.
