Pretty hard to see where 5 more wins is going to come from off the back of 5 losses in a row. Hard not to let the old confidence cop a rattling lately. I doubt we can make it now, every game looks like a hard battle to win. Should perhaps tank the season, finish in 13th spot and get the easiest draw in the world next year because we still have so many greenhorns in the side that they are not ready to take on the big boys yet.

Clearly we have the cattle, we just need to pick up 1 or 2 big names this year to top it off.

I think we have some poddy calves and not many bulls.

Regardless of what the expectations were pre-season, the fact that we look highly likely to miss the finals after being 8-3 for the second year in a row is a MAJOR concern.
Our forward "structure" is a massive problem. We haven't recruited well for the most important part of the team.
Our good small forwards are to one dimensional whilst the others a not good enough.
Our big marquee forward is a man mountain whose kicking for goal is to hit and miss.
The other tall forward is not good enough.
No crumbers (i.e. Walters, Rioli, Ballantyne)
No medium lead up forwards (i.e. Gunstan)
No defensive pressure from kick outs.

Our defence and midfield are finals quality.
Our forwards are bottom 4.

Darcy Moore is the big hope of the forward line, and dont tell me that elliott, cloke, reid and taylor adams would not spark it up a hell of alot too, had they all played today, would have been totally different. Confused

I like your positivity pnc, but today I'm too depressed to see much of it.

The poddy calves had a day out at the MCG.
We better put them in the barn because the booooogy man may come out!

Time for a Tomey hafey style flogging. Get these pampered Gen Ys and Millennials up at 5am for a swim in the bay tomorrow, hell make it a full triathlon.
