Then you had better be very, very careful about the policies you vote for, because financial stress, poverty and social division increase the rate of all of those.
Were you aware of that? |
yep 1 vote from little old me is going to be responsible for all that!
just tell me which side stands for taking personal responsibility, thatll do me!! _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |

But how does personal responsibility help any of those victims? _________________ In the end the rain comes down, washes clean the streets of a blue sky town.

that's the problem, nothing helps those victims. once they are already victims, its game over for them.
however, locking this piece of shit up, never to see daylight again, gives the parents and other victims of the crime, for they too are victims, a little peace of mind. also it may well deter the next piece of shit who thinks his "urges" have more rights than the little kid just walking home from school.
ie: they might take PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY for their actions! cheers _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |

So, someone molested as a child should kill themselves because it's game over for them? _________________ In the end the rain comes down, washes clean the streets of a blue sky town.

she cant kill herself, he already did that (note the description of the victims, raped, tortured, murdered, that kind of means dead, and unless you believe in reincarnation, its game over)
but thankyou for twisting, id expect nothing less! _________________ You cant fix stupid, turns out you cant quarantine it either! |

But you are the one who just stated that your concern when voting is all about personal responsibility.
But it's not, is it? There are lots of other things going on that need tending to. So why didn't you mention them? _________________ In the end the rain comes down, washes clean the streets of a blue sky town.

^Okay, fair enough. I thought you were interested in that line of discussion because you said, "...just tell me which side stands for taking personal responsibility, thatll do me!!", and I thought that was an interesting statement to explore.

Politicians don't like focusing on personal responsibility because there aren't many votes in it, as JFK said "And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.", that message isn't just American, but it's is pretty much completely dead in Australia. |
