I suspect there's some off field issues messing with his mind atm. Hopefully he deals with it and gets back to the great footy we all know he's capable of playing. Otherwise our season is cactus. Crying or Very sad

Give Jamie a break and bring in Karnezis for a make or break last chance game.

Elliott is a much better player but as has been said something is up with him and he isn't performing and doesn't look like he wants to be out there at the moment.

Kernezis' form has been solid in the reserves and he hits the scoreboard regularly. Why not give him a crack at it.

Forget the A grader talk, what happened to Jamie Elliott the player who doesn't drop simple marks? His greatest asset is his marking and it has deserted him, something ain't right.

He seems to be misjudging where the ball is, problem is either his eyes or between his ears.

The "A Grader" tag was never meant as a put down. When considering his age and talent he certainly has the potential to be an A Garder and he certainly is one of my favourite Pies players. I firmly believe that if Jamie was in the grove over the last three games he potentially could have made the difference in winning EVERY game.

I thought Elliott slowly worked his way into Thursday's contest to be a solid contrinutor, excluding his muffed marks at start and end.

Id say hes been thrown in to the midfield due to injuries to Sidey and now Greenwood. Need him up forward.

I'd say he's been pushed into the midfield a bit to help break the hard defensive tag from the forward line.

I think he's got personal stuff messing with his head just atm. Maybe he needs to be given a few days off, to clear his head. We need him firing if we're to finish off the year well.

Yep, and trying to get him involved, generally.

Footy classifieds went on at length last night criticising Elliott for his lack of team spirit and poor body language.
