I fully agree with this viewpoint
Swan is an absolute star of the game. He has been very good on field this year and he seems to be onboard with the club and Buckley. He has a strong desire to be part of this group and he wants to be part of this group when we win our next Premiership. I hope he is fit enough to continue into 2017 and beyond. San will be a one club player and Collingwood will ensure this happens. |

I'd love Swanny to get to 300 games. Two more seasons after this one should do the trick. |

Was thinking the same thing, Rudi. His old man played late into his career so there is a chance. _________________ kill for collingwood! |

He can spend his last season as a permanent forward pocket. |

I wonder if he'll get a banner this week or if it'll be another game without banners out of respect to Phil Walsh? |

Well done on a great career to date Swanny!
I've been really impressed with how Dane has accepted the Club's decisions regarding his close friends and is now backing Bucks in 100%. He has shown real leadership through his actions in recent times.
I don't agree with those saying he is getting better with age, but he is still very good and with the motivation of a potential premiership I think he still has plenty to offer even as he spends more time forward. _________________ All We Can Be |

They should give Swanny a 251 game banner. A unique banner for a unique unit. |

should be easy enough to replace the 0 with a 1. _________________ Purveyor of sanctimonious twaddle. |

I absolutely adore Swanny. When he eventually retires I think I will take is as hard as when Bucks did.
Never back chats, never snipes, never dives. Just an awesomely consistent powerhouse who everyone loves.
Was so happy to read that he may keep going for another couple of years.
His story is truly remarkable, I still don't think many Pies supporters realise what a once in a generation player he is.
I see similar qualities in Williams and Crisp, so really hope they can step up to the superstar, wasn't supposed to amount to much plate. |
