Has made a good contest and has been more involved for longer the past month.
Should be his bench mark for the rest of the year, and with a little more confidence he will be kicking those ones from in front. He is actually a nice kick, its just all between the ears. |

I think he has been good (and improving) this year. If he cost us a first round draft pick or a bunch of players I think my perspective would be different. But he didn't, he was a utility pick up and as such he has matched or exceeded my expectations.
For all the criticism for his missed shot in the last... people seem to have forgotten than he nailed is first shot in the 4th quarter to get our roll on.
And for anyone who actually watched the match, it is clear that we lost the game in the third when we had the largest run of momentum (of both teams) for the whole match and converted poorly.
As a final point... everyone is having a sook for only just loosing to the reigning premiers in what is supposed to be a development year. |

And how many games did White get to play alongside both Cloke and Dawes at the peak of their powers ?? ( yes, I know stats aren't everything but they certainly solidify some opinion on here )
I do agree with Thompsoc that his game as a forward seems to be affected after a stint in the ruck and that is quite understandable. |

I'm a big fan of the Anvil but he really was a cult hero. And I've said it before but cult heroes are cult heroes because while being awesome in their own little way, they're not good enough to be actual heroes.

As for Jesse White: well what do you want? Tall overhead marking beast with a deadly accurate kick on goal who also has a flanker's agility and pace, a shitload of mongrel and who can also play competent 2nd ruck? Sure, the league's full of those players - a younger Adam Goodes is about the only one I can think of and even he missed his share of sitters. Good luck shaking them out of another list for a 3rd rounder or whatever we got White for as well as paying him something like 3 or 400kpa. |

Jessie has choked three times in two weeks. He's a head case unfortunately, and I'd like for us to chase another tall forward for 2016 and beyond and have Grundy ruck 100% of the time or split time with Witts if they are both dominating.
Jessie isn't a piece to the premiership puzzle. |
No doubt but we havent got a heap of other options at the moment. Charlie Dixon is the one we got to through the bucks at , he even has had a salad once with Leigh Brown!
