They are obviously worth the same points but greater in terms of value to the team score because it gives the other team FAR less time to respond in kind....... 
An opposition goal kicked with 10 seconds left in a quarter is a real pain in the arse because prevent it for 10 seconds and we are 6 points ahead at the break.

He makes some fair points and the two I have highlighted will be the keys to the game.
Hawthorn have all to often been able to slice open our defence and find teammates over the top and out the back with precise kicking in recent years.
I know people have lamented that we have stuck to zoning off them which only plays into there hands all across the ground.
If plan A isn't working again early tonight we need to switch to simple man on man contested football.

Not overly confident of winning this game but with 3 first gamers a win isn't the only good result for us tonight.
If we can show that we can match it with a side like the Hawks for most of a game, it proves what most of us know, that we are going places.
Should be a big crowd, but obviously the events of the day will mute the atmosphere a bit.

all pre and post game entertainment has been canned. plus the team song will not be played at the end of the game. this applies to all games.
