Frankly, I don't care if the whole Internet gets banned so long as that site stays up. |
Don’t Hold You Breath. Though it will should be quite easy to get around the Block Site Law.
What so Important about this Torrent Tracker?
Well Like Pirate Bay. That keeps getting Shut Down then just moves and back up in about a week _________________ I am Da Man |

It's a private tracker dedicated purely to non-'commercial' films (that is, films from outside modern Hollywood and Bollywood). Not only does it have an amazing library – it has a wealth of obscure foreign-language films, books about cinema and soundtracks, including stuff that's never been released on DVD anywhere in the world and might have had a TV screening once – but it also has a very active community dedicated to subtitling and film research. It's the sort of thing that gives piracy a good name. _________________ All watched over by machines of loving grace |

Don’t tell anyone that is in Hollywood or Governments that then
I am also have a few Private Trackers that I think are good things.
Like I am on 1 that has Retro Games that are hard to find these days.
Also on Sport Trackers where Sports stuff does not normally go on DVD. AFL one is a Good One
Also Anime which can be hard to find _________________ I am Da Man |

While non-IPv6 users have nothing to fear, all users looking for a simply fix can disable IPv6 by following instructions, see bottom of that article.

Well - That is what I thought would happen. The Problem would be easily fixed _________________ I am Da Man |

Might be old news now, but perhaps worth posting: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2015/07/03/purevpn_calls_pure_bs_on_study/
(I should mention that I don't actively follow this VPN stuff in any detail as it is of no present interest to me - Dave the Man is doubtless much better informed about this little corner of IT than I am - but it's part of my job to keep a bit of an eye on the trade press and it looked like a useful link. Often that vague eye is not enough to give me any directly useful knowledge of a given subject, but it's usually sufficient to provide enough background so that I can pick up the nitty-gritty quickly if and when I need to - typically when someone walks in with a fistful of dollars and says "I want you to do X for me". "Oh bugger" I sez, "there goes another day hunched over a computer learning yet another damn skill which will be out of date and useless this time next year". Story of my life. _________________ Let's eat Grandma. Commas save lives! |

Thanks for the Link.
There been a few reports and articles written saying that the IPv6 Problem has been fixed in most VPN’s and there are ways you can help fix it too.
I think I posted the Link before this link _________________ I am Da Man |

So where should I buy computer stuff from in this town Tannin? I'm used to being spoiled by MSY in Geelong, but making the drive down just to buy a motherboard or something isn't quite worth it.
ATM it seems that getting things posted here is the way to go. |

PS: if you just want cheap parts, I'm afraid you are on your own. I'm not interested in mucking about with low-skill, low-margin component sales, haven't done that for years. But certainly come and see me if you need something computer related involving skill or judgment. Or just call me for advice - happy to talk with you at any time. I'm more-or-less retired and not in the least fussed if you buy stuff elsewhere, which would be your best bet if you are up to speed on doing your own maintenance. _________________ Let's eat Grandma. Commas save lives! |
