An excellent win for Newcastle against an in-form Liverpool. In regards to my mob, I'm lost for words! How is it possible to be clear champions last season and be so poor this year?

I've suspected there's problems internally at the club and it doesn't really relate to Mourinho either or else I suspect Roman would have sacked him. For what it's worth, I want Mourinho to stay as he's a proven winner but the results recently have been concerning.

The toon finally starting to show something, hopefully we keep going up and stay around the mid-table as we battle to turn the team into a better side.

I actually thought McClaren was on the verge of losing his job two weeks ago so two big wins in successive weeks against quality opposition bodes well for him and Newcastle.

Adeus, José – a fittingly operatic departure for the Chelsea manager -Barney Ronay, Guardian Newspaper 18.12.15

Thrilling, magnetic, relentlessly challenging personalities can also be rather draining. At every club, Mourinho has seemed to suffer what has been called “third season syndrome” a kind of scorched earth effect.

I should not compare our situation with that of Chelsea - but we have lost two charismatic leaders after periods of sustained success in 1982 and 2011. We can only hope to come out of our current malaise unscathed, and take the lessons learnt for Collingwood's future.

Thanks for everything Jose but this club is starting to lose me with its shit decisions and general incompetence. Absolutely gutted! The players and the board should be ashamed of themselves.

The greatest manager that Chelsea Football Club has ever seen!
