Bernie Sanders WAS a Communist, whether he still is may be a matter of debate, but if you think all the love for the USSR during the Cold War wont come out, you're as crazy as the old moonbat.

^But that's the equivalent of calling David and I evangelical Christians, and stomping your feet up and down, insisting it is true, and saying our belief in the infallible Word of God will eventually be exposed.

In contrast, say, Tony Abbott was always a fruit bat and showed no signs of being anything else. And, indeed, he continues to be.

I haven't heard Colonel Sanders say anything that wasn't reasonably defensible (admittedly, I'm too busy to track him to the critical extent I tracked Abbott). Meanwhile, if people believe anything close to what they believed 20 years ago, they're certifiably incompetent already.

^ to be honest, while Sanders may have some associations in his past that do not impress me, I didn't think that article made a very convincing case for him being a Communist. I'd like to see some quotes from Sanders, rather than quotes from people with whom Sanders had an acquaintance. Hell, as a member (and local councillor) of the ALP in the 1980s, I was in a party with lots of people whose views I disliked even then. Politics is a collective business, and you'll collect some dandruff by association.

I don't know enough about him, my point wasn't that *I* think he's a Communist, it's that there is enough smoke around his past that the connection is going to be, and as the NY Post shows has already been made. Thing is the 'Youth' have no idea or care about Communism and no basis to see it for the evil that it is. If Sanders carries the youth vote it wont matter if some Boomers and Gen Xers avoid him for being a Red.

No surprises about Fiorina, but I thought Christie might cling on. I guess a lot of this comes down to how much money their campaign has left. A big factor also was that he was going to be excluded from the upcoming TV debate (he had to have finished in the top 5 somewhere to make it). Anyway, not really sorry to see either of them go. With Carson surely on the way out and Gilmore only there for the laughs, it's essentially a five horse race now.

How do you know or be certain that the threat was from the left? Question

Many in the "Establishment right" don't also like Trump so it could logically well be one of them doing the threatening.. Rolling Eyes

If Trump becomes President I fear we may witness the end of days.

Honestly if he continues with the same piss and wind in office then i could see an international incident escalating into WW3.

The only saving grace is that Trump has always been about what's best for the Donald and a nuclear war wouldn't do anything for the bank balance.

No doubt it will be used by the usual hysterical suspects.

A different take in Bloomberg for your reference:
