I would suggest Trump is far more qualified to be President than Obama was.

http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2015/06/20/ny-post-trumps-achievements-back-up-his-presidential-run/

A Paul/Trump or Paul/Cruz card would be my choice, Clinton a total nightmare for both the USA and the World.

There's more to being president than having business experience, you know.

Having a functioning brain is said to be helpful. Though probably not mandatory in American politics.

Trump is very intelligent, and I'd think a savvy businessman with an understanding of economics would be just what the USA needs right now.

Yeah. Just what the US needs: Let's see if he can make them the fifth bankrupt entity he's been associated with, and eliminate that last tiny sliver of reputation Bush left behind Laughing Shocked

Really, I thought I answered each of the obvious questions one by one. The metaphor is "like shooting fish in a barrel" but carry on Shocked Razz Wink

Did you see his speech the other day?

Bush would have cringed.

He's a populist saying what the people he hopes will vote for him want to hear. I see him as a more competent Clive Palmer.

As for going bankrupt, there's not too many billionaires who haven't.

I don't think you're wrong on the comparison there, although I'm not sure whether he's more or less competent ... either way, we're not exactly aiming high here.

I just don't understand why people would want to vote for buffoons.
