We only played in patches today but an important victory nevertheless considering the tough matches ahead of us!
Cloke and Oxley were brilliant today. Cloke played one of his best matches ever and Oxley was instrumental as the spare man in defence.

I'm amazed how these umpires get away with it .. plain cheating for anyone to see .. the ball decision on Blair late in the game summed it up

Underwhelming in the end. If you'd told me before the game that Cloke would kick 7.0 I'd have thought we'd win by 50+. Our transition defense wasn't good and we got opened up too easily. The decision to play Oxley as the spare saved us from a more disappointing result.
A solid win with Pendles, Swan, Oxley and Cloke all very good.

The usual Dees Grand Final in June.....
They Lifted for Neale and good on them for that and I wish Neale and his family all the best in his battle.
However, the shyte umpiring CANNOT be allowed to slip under the radar by the Club any longer.

We'll take that win. Not great, but Cloke was outstanding. To raise over $2 million for MND research was brilliant. Big success all round.
Need to be much better against the Giants.
