Ah good old Microsoft, Windows 10? Looks like Windows 9 was just as crap as 8. As someone has pointed out it will be subscription Basis as everything is going that way. I will stick with Windows 7 Professional and no doubt they will stop supporting that to force people on Windows 10. No doubt the Unix lovers will be on spruiking about Unix. |

Welcome to the world from Windows 10.
Set the upgrade to go last night then went to bed. All working this morning, won't have time to play with it much but it looks like a cross between 7 and 8.
See how it goes. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Windows 10 is one big massive piece of spyware that is tracking everything you do and sending it to Microsoft. I've 'turned off' all those options (there are heaps of them), but I'm still a bit skeptical that this botnet isn't just taking my details anyway.
Windows is 'free' because it's not the product that Microsoft are selling; YOU are. |

Is windows 10 any good? |
I am not a fan of Macs.
My Mum has one and it cooks the Hard-Drive _________________ I am Da Man |

So far I like the look of it. I read that article about privacy issues and that's what Google has been doing for ages so DILLIGAF
Very intuitive, looks very much like Windows 7 with the desktop, start menu, task menu down the bottom etc. Most things are in the same place and all the software I've tried so far, works. No compatability issues.
When you go to the start bar is when it's different, the icon tile format from Windows 8 is there but I'm used to that from my windows phone so no big deal.
So far so good. _________________ Every dead body on Mt Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe just calm the **** down. |

Do you visit 4chan? This infographic I first saw on 4chan.org/g/ (The tech section). I'm not quite ready to jump into the Gnu/Linux world just yet, but this 'product' is making me re-evaluate that. Got a tab open to download Ubuntu right now, just haven't pulled the trigger yet. |

Well Ubuntu is made to be very much like Windows and Mac but Free.
I tried Ubuntu about 6-7 Years Ago and Looked okay but did not really do much for me as was hard to run Windows Games and Stuff on there.
Seen it a few time on Youtube and does look Interesting Though _________________ I am Da Man |
